Construction of a 1 MGD Sequence Batch Reactor wastewater treatment plant in Rockdale, Texas. Work included a new onsite liftstation (redesigned by LEM for caisson construction), headworks structure, SBR basin and SBR equipment, drying beds, effluent aeration channel, ultraviolet disinfection basin, blower building, operations building, conversion of the existing treatment plant to a digester, and various sitework improvements. Select demolition of existing facilities following commissioning of the new facility.
