Included construction of 3 new aeration basins, headworks and screening structure, two clarifiers, one filter and chlorine disinfection basin, two chemical storage areas, and operator control building. Includes various electrical and site work improvements, and new plant paving. Phasing includes modifications to the existing plant after commissioning of the new plant.
